These terms cover your use of the YATA website and the YATA member desk on WhatsApp.
Membership is open to people who meet YATA's membership requirements and complete verification. Membership is confirmed only when you are approved and receive a member number. You agree to give accurate information.
Itesiwaju Funds is a benefit for eligible members. Every request is reviewed and may be approved or declined; applying does not guarantee funding. Approved loans must be repaid as agreed. There are no fees or interest.
Use the official YATA WhatsApp number only. YATA will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password. Do not share your member number or verification codes with anyone.
Members are expected to act with Ìwà Ọmọlúàbí — honesty and good character — in their trade and in the association. YATA may suspend membership for fraud or misuse.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to members on WhatsApp.
